Battery Charger LCD-807N

When charging is completed, the existing 1.2V Ni-MH and Ni-Cd battery chargers simply play a melody or the light of battery chargers changes from red to green. The new 'LCD-807N' battery charger displays battery voltage, charged current amount, battery performance in numbers or letters on the LCD screen. So, its advantage is that you can easily get to know the actual voltage and charged current amount of batteries.

In the case of normal batteries, it displays the voltage of each battery in order with the indication of 'CH(channel)' flashing on the upper part of the LCD screen while batteries are charging. If charging is completed, the indication of 'CH' stops.

When charging all channels from ch1 to ch4 is completed, 'End' is displayed on the LCD screen. When the sound mode is 'ON', it plays a melody and displays charged current amounts in order.
In the case of disposable Alcava batteries, 'Alc' is displayed on the LCD screen, and the disposable batteries cannot be charged.
In the case of defective batteries, 'Err' is displayed on the LCD screen and they cannot be charged.

In particular, the LCD-807N battery charger has a 'maintenance charging function'.
It is a special function which enables you to use batteries that have not been used for a long time, whose performances have been deteriorated, or whose capacities are very low.
When batteries that have not been used for a long time, whose performances have been deteriorated, or whose capacities are very low are inserted, 'Bad' mode is displayed on the LCD screen and it activates the maintenance charging function.

If batteries are recovered after 1 or 2 times of maintenance charging, the function of batteries are normalized. If the 'Bad' mode is displayed again even after 3 times of maintenance charging, it means that the life of the batteries has ended. So, they cannot be used any more.

As the LCD-807N is a high-speed battery charger, 1~4 pieces of batteries whose capacity is 2,000mAh can be completely charged in about 2 hours.
